1 Nature of the Platform
ProDesk AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered productivity tools for real estate professionals and homeowners in British Columbia and beyond. ProDesk AI is not a licensed real estate brokerage, property management company, licensed contractor, or financial institution.
ProDesk AI's services are technology tools designed to assist professionals. They do not constitute legal, real estate, financial, or contracting advice. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable professional licensing, regulatory, and legal requirements in their jurisdiction.
2 Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, design, and technology on the ProDesk AI platform — including but not limited to the ProDesk AI name, logo, the "Clara" AI persona, all product names, interface designs, and underlying code — are the exclusive intellectual property of ProDesk AI.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any ProDesk AI content is strictly prohibited
- You may not use the ProDesk AI name, logo, or branding without prior written consent
- The Clara AI persona may not be replicated, impersonated, or repurposed for any external use
3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
ProDesk AI uses artificial intelligence to generate call transcriptions, triage summaries, compliance document templates, and other content. These outputs are provided for informational and operational convenience only.
- AI-generated documents and summaries are not a substitute for professional legal, real estate, or regulatory advice
- ProDesk AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or regulatory compliance of any AI-generated content
- Users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs before acting on them
- BC Tenancy Act documents generated by the platform should be reviewed against current RTB forms and applicable legislation before use
4 Contractor Dispatch Disclaimer
ProDesk AI Connect Dispatch operates as a technology intermediary that connects PMs, Realtors, and Homeowners with independent third-party contractors. ProDesk AI:
- Does not employ, supervise, or control any contractor in the network
- Does not guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed
- Verifies contractor licensing and insurance at the time of registration but cannot guarantee ongoing compliance
- Is not responsible for property damage, personal injury, or financial loss arising from contractor services
PMs, Realtors, and Homeowners engage contractors at their own risk. The Homeowner Protection Program provides limited remedies as described in its terms — it does not constitute an insurance product or warranty.
5 Limitation of Warranties
The ProDesk AI platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
ProDesk AI does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. Service availability targets are provided as estimates only and do not constitute a binding service level agreement.
6 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and all matters relating to the ProDesk AI platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
